Common issues with multi-language forms

* There are TWO languages in the app. There’s the app language which is set in Settings and there’s the form language which is set from the ⋮ menu while filling a form. When they specify languages in a form like they have, they need to use that 3 dot menu to set it.
* Make sure the language option name is identical everywhere it’s been used. Same punctuation, etc.

Locate the documentation pages covering multi-language forms and read the existing guidance around app language and form language. Update the relevant guidance to distinguish the two settings and verify that the language option name uses identical punctuation and wording everywhere it appears.
