Add analysis ideas for rank and alternate approach

E.g. introduce calculates for first, second, third, etc using `selected-at` to make analysis easier (or you can do it in whatever analysis tool you use)

Alternately, you could have multiple select questions, each that filters out any values selected in previous questions.
