Description
Android File Transfer (https://www.android.com/filetransfer/) is potentially a much easier way (that ADB) to copy forms onto a device or extract submissions from one for some users. It also has the advantage of not requiring Developer Options/USB Debugging being enabled on device (which can be a security risk).
On Windows/ChromeOS, it appears you might be able to copy files through the native files UI without using any additional software: https://support.google.com/android/answer/9064445?hl=en#zippy=%2Cwindows-computer.

Research direction
Start by finding the existing documentation on using ADB to copy forms to a device or extract submissions. Review the Android File Transfer and Google Windows guidance linked in the issue, then document the applicable Android, Windows, and ChromeOS workflows and note the USB debugging requirement differences. Done means users can follow the updated guidance without relying on ADB where the platform supports file transfer.
