Add documentation on commenting in XLSForm using Google Drive/Excel comments or columns with names not part of the XLSForm spec. As discussed here: https://forum.getodk.org/t/enable-xlsform-comments/32329
Would this fit as a new subsection in https://docs.getodk.org/form-best-practices/ ? Or somewhere else?
