additional notes on Collect audit logs in Central?

Is the behavior similar to Aggregate in that they can also be pulled with Briefcase?

Start with the Central submissions page's audit.csv description and the form audit log page, then review the linked Collect audit-log specification and issue #649. Confirm how Central handles audit logs and whether Briefcase can retrieve them; done means the relevant Central behavior and any Briefcase relationship are clearly documented.
