Description

I was answering a question on the [forum](https://forum.opendatakit.org/t/automatic-time-when-answering-a-question/24682/2) and realized I didn't know how Central handles audit logs from Collect? I see release 0.7 had [4.13 Obtain timing audit informations glued into a single file](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aom9LlL7ClDUhncHcW-3_GB_PczbB-spvrg9zIJn5qQ/edit#heading=h.d5cjhtk6o332). ~I don't see it mentioned in the docs.~ While writing this I found...
> If you have enabled Client Audit Logging on your form, and log events have been submitted to the server, then you will find a file that ends with - audit.csv. This file combines all the logging data from all submissions to the form into a single table.

(on https://docs.opendatakit.org/central-submissions/#downloading-submissions-as-csvs)

Is the behavior similar to Aggregate in that they can also be pulled with Briefcase?

Tons of great detail added by @lognaturel in #649 - should Central be mentioned on that page? (https://docs.opendatakit.org/form-audit-log/)

Research direction

Start with the Central submissions page's audit.csv description and the form audit log page, then review the linked Collect audit-log specification and issue #649. Confirm how Central handles audit logs and whether Briefcase can retrieve them; done means the relevant Central behavior and any Briefcase relationship are clearly documented.
