Too much space after #/## headings

Space is limited on tablet, but ODK Collect sometimes considers space like an infinite resource .-)

Below is an example of a #-Node. Suggestion: Reduce space below title smaller (easy) or offer a "Compact"- Mode. Data entry to the left of the label would also be nice, but that's another issue.


Start by reproducing the tablet layout shown in the attached header screenshot and locate the Android screen code that renders # and ## headings. Reduce the excess space below those headings, then verify the resulting layout on a tablet and confirm that heading content remains readable.
