Submission count on data tab is not updated when a Submission is restored

Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Note the number of submission on the data tab
2. Deleted a Submission - submission count is reduced by 1 on the data tab
3. Click on "deleted Submissions" button
4. Undelete a Submission - submission count is still same
