Tab navigation- red outline round questions columns in submissions tab and deleted submissions

#### Problem description
After using tab navigation, a red outline appears round questions and answers columns in submissions tab and deleted submissions tab. It seems that the issue occurs when columns go beyond the screen width. I changed the number of columns shown in All widget form submissions – e.g 4 columns the issue doesn’t occur.
I’m not able to reproduce it on Chrome.

#### Steps to reproduce the problem
1. Go to e.g. All widgets/all question types submissions tab.
2. Use tab navigation to get to columns with questions and answers.
3. Delete a submission.
4. Go to deleted submissions.
5. Repeats steps 1-2.
