#### Problem description
Uploading a form with a mistake results in an error massage "The resource already exists…” while it doesn’t exist in the project.
#### Steps to reproduce the problem
1. Download the form from the forum (the CT form at the bottom of the page).

2. Try to upload the form to Central.
