Long App User names are not displayed correctly

#### Problem description
The tooltip for a long App user name in Form Access tab appears in the wrong place (different position for different users).

#### Steps to reproduce the problem
1. Go to a project- App Users.
2. Create a user with a long name - enter e.g. naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaame
3. Go to Form Access.
4. Hover over the name of the user in the table.

#### Expected behavior
The tooltip should appear over the user name.
