On the homepage "Show x total” isn’t highlighted by the tab key navigation

#### Problem description
On the homepage "Show x total” (of forms/datasets) isn’t highlighted if reached by using the tab key navigation.

#### Steps to reproduce the problem
1. Go to homepage.
2. By using tab key navigation go to "Show x total” of forms (also datasets/entity list on staging).

#### Expected behavior
The selected part should be highlighted.

Start on the Central homepage and reproduce the issue by tabbing to “Show x total” for forms, datasets, and the entity list on staging. Inspect the homepage UI and its focus styling; done means the selected control is visibly highlighted when reached by keyboard navigation in the reported browsers.
