Description
Feedback from the testing team:
> When playing around with big forms I have accidentally noticed that when there are a lot of warnings when try to upload xlsx form actually dialog is totally resized and you have to scroll the whole page not only warnings
To address this, add a reasonable `max-height` to `.modal-warnings`, as well as a scrollbar.
