Feature: Keep fullscreen editor when saving pages

When editing a page (e.g. a long blog post), I'm often doing this in the fullscreen editor. Usually I'm saving the page I'm working on quite often via Ctrl+S. Unfortunately this triggers a reload of the page and ends the full screen editing mode. In the end I have to enter the fullscreen mode again and scroll to the position I was working on which is quite painful.

It would be awesome to get rid of the page reload when saving a page and do it via AJAX.
