Info/Data Cut-Off

The subject is supposed to say "Test 4".
The message is supposed to say "Testing 123 ..."

I have tested this many times, sometimes it does not cut-off the data, other times it does. Sometimes it will cut-off data in Subject but not the Message.

Very odd.

Start by reproducing the reported data cut-off in the Data Manager, comparing the Subject and Message fields with the attached screenshot and the stated test values. Trace where submitted form data is handled and identify why either field is truncated; done means both fields consistently preserve the intended content.
