Ordering Taxonomy

Is there a way to set my own ordering for the taxonomies?

In the Selectize list that shows up in the Tag field, the tags are sorted like this:
- Tag1
- Tag2
- Tag3

I can enter this in the field: **Tag3** **Tag1**
But after I save it, the field ignores how I ordered it and changes to this: **Tag1** **Tag3**
