No notifications displayed when errors during install/update on iPad

Description
On my install, I don't have ZipArchive installed. When updating/installing of plugins/themes on iPad, it goes through the steps, but the plugin/theme is not updated/installed. There is no notification that `Class 'ZipArchive' not found` like I get with `Backup`. I get this notification on desktop, but not on the iPad.
