Info Panel Enhancements

Notes related to enhancing the `config` -> `info` tab:
- More information at the top of the info panel with potential problems. This information could be either in the admin itself, or be provided by the problems plugin which is already doing some of this work.
- Highlight potential GPM issues which still remains the most commonplace issue after Grav is up and running
- Provide a `Report` button that pops up a modal with a copy/pasteable textarea field with useful information. Such as:
- Version of Grav
- List of all plugins and their versions
- List of current theme
- Web Server information
- PHP information and installed modules
- Current Active configuration output
- Browser currently used etc.

The requested work targets the admin plugin's config → info tab and may build on the existing problems plugin. Start by inspecting the current info panel and that plugin; done means potential problems are highlighted and a Report modal provides the listed Grav, plugin, theme, server, PHP, configuration, and browser details.
