Updating Grav: summary of what needs to be updated...

Whenever there is an update in grav, the dashboard page shows an alert that an update is needed. When I click on this alert, I notice that no additional info is given (which plugin/theme/etc needs updating, changelog, etc).

Some trusting users may 'just click update', but we don't know if the update might break functionality elsewhere. Forgive me for my skepticism, I am a windows 7 user (have not upgraded to win10 yet...no intentions to either.).

**So I want some 'more info' on what is being updated before actually updating please** so I can be more informed.

Also, after updating, there should be some sort of log that shows what was updated.
