Description
The admin panel plugin is used.
Let's say there are languages en, pl, gr, it.
English is the default language.
Let's say there is a "Home" page. And you need to add the Italian version - "Casa".
While adding the italian version, on the edit page, there is no save as italian button. All other buttons are there (saving in languages: gr, pl), but there is not exactly the one with which I am working at the moment.
To do this, you need to save as the English version. Then a button with the function of saving as the Italian version appears. I'm saving it as the Italian version. But after that, it will be necessary to correct the English version of the page.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the translation workflow in the admin panel plugin with English as the default and Italian as the new language, using the Home page example. Check why the Italian save action is absent until the English version is saved. Done means the Italian version can be saved directly and subsequent English edits do not overwrite or require reworking the Italian translation.
