Deleting page: allow user to choose in the modal whether to delete everything or just translation

When the user wants to delete a page, a modal gets shown with a warning. We should add more options into this modal to let the user choose what he wants to do, namely:

1) Delete only a single language, but leave every other language intact
2) Delete the page with all its content, but leave children alone
3) Delete the page together with all children
