Pages admin: List only child pages in pages field

Hi There,
I created a field in the Blueprints type:pages which is working fine.
so here are my questions:

- Is it possible to just show children from a specific page?
-In my template a just get the url of the page i selected, is it also possible to get the title or other informations from the linked page?
