Page jumps when image add

If i add media link on page by pressing Insert button (+) in _Page Media_ section this page scrolls to that place where the link inserts. This behavior complicates the process of adding a lot of photos. It is possible to disable it?

Reproduce the issue in the Page Media section by using the Insert (+) button while the page is scrolled elsewhere. Inspect the handler for adding media and identify what causes the scroll position to change. Done means adding an image leaves the page at its current position, including when several photos are added.
