[Suggestion] Enable folder numeric prefix by default on module

Hi!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought in most cases, modular children are ordered manually with the handy ordering field on options tab (or advanced tab?).

Problem is we have to open every module to enable folder numeric prefix before being able to do so.
Don't you think it could be useful to have it enabled by default?
