Stop redirect to /admin/plugins/ after upgrade

i think this is very annoying that i get redirected to /plugins after every upgrade to grav, i would like this to be turned off, i guess manually since no one else have complained about this.

I get that stuff gets upgraded over time and all, i do the upgrades but i don't want to get redirected to that. i would also like to see a list in the dashboard like recent upgrades, and IF i click them i would like a change log to drop down, incase i would like to know what changed in that core/plugin/framework/theme upgrade.

This would be much more effective to alot of people including my self. i guess this is possible to do. might be some work, but very effective
