Not all swatches are being generated

I have a file where the color inventory is not generating all the colors I'm using. Two files attached - one shows that I'm using EEEEEE on a layer, then I generate the color inventory and EEEEEE doesn't appear. Any help would be appreciated... I've been trying to get this to work all morning and it's driving me crazy. :)


Start by reproducing the missing EEEEEE swatch using the attached screenshots and the affected Sketch file, then trace the color-inventory generation entry point. Done means the inventory includes every color used on the layer, including EEEEEE, with a regression check for this case if the repository provides a suitable test location.
