Description

When appmap creates a default config for a project directory that contains a virtual environment, it includes all the packages installed in the venv. This isn't desirable and causes various failures.

If possible, it should detect a directory that's a venv and ignore it.

Research direction

Start by locating the code that creates a default config for a project directory and the logic that discovers installed packages. Reproduce the behavior with a project containing a Python virtual environment, then verify that packages from the virtual environment are excluded without affecting other project dependencies.
