I created a diagram using Navie's @diagram command. Then I clicked the fullscreen button to enlarge it.
The diagram was shown enlarged, but it wasn't scrollable. It was larger than the editor itself and I was unable to see all of it.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in JetBrains by creating a diagram with Navie's @diagram command, then opening it with the fullscreen button. Start by locating the fullscreen diagram view and its scrolling behavior. Done means an enlarged diagram can be scrolled so its entire contents are reachable.
