Fingerprinting fails for these AppMaps:
test_unittest_expected_failure_for_failing_test_is_xfail_pytest.appmap.json
test_unittest_expected_failure_for_passing_test_is_fail_pytest.appmap.json
Error message:
Error fingerprinting tmp/appmap/pytest/test_unittest_expected_failure_for_failing_test_is_xfail_pytest.appmap.json: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'http_server_request')
These AppMaps also won't render.
