Description

The console output looks messed up and garbled somewhat. PyCharm CE 2023.2, latest AppMap plugin (0.44).

Joachim looked at this and determined it's an issue in the installer code, not the JetBrains plugin.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the linked Loom recording and the installer code referenced in the issue, then reproduce Python app installation with PyCharm CE 2023.2 and AppMap plugin 0.44. Done means the installation console output is readable rather than garbled and the installation completes as expected.
