Only "test" AppMaps should be considered "new" in the "compare" report

Description
This issue is related to the appmap compare command. When the appmap_dir contains non-test AppMaps (such as request recordings), these non-test AppMaps are being reported as "new".
Only test AppMaps should be reported as "new".
FYI appmap compare is on the branch feat/preflight-rebase.
