Disabling remote recording and request recording didn't alter startup behavior.

Start with HttpTraceDisabler.java, especially findServletContextHandler, disableTrace, and customize, then review cmd.txt and appmap.log alongside the startup stack trace. Reproduce the AqueductService startup failure and determine what allows the Spring application to start without the ServletContextHandler exception.
