AppMap `npx` command failed to record tests on Windows

1. I cloned https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-petclinic
2. I executed npx @appland/appmap record test -d C:\Users\jansorg\source\spring-petclinic, as suggested by the install guide wizard
3. I selected "Maven" als build system
4. I configured it to use "mvnw test" as test command to use the Maven wrapper, which is part of the repository
5. I set -1 as test timeout
6. The tests executed successfully, but at the end the npx command complained that no tests were recorded and offered to submit a bug report. The same project is successfully creating AppMap files on Linux.

Start by reproducing the npx @appland/appmap record test command on Windows against the spring-petclinic repository, using mvnw test and comparing the result with Linux. Trace the record test entry point and the AppMap creation check to find why successful Maven tests produce no recorded AppMaps. Done means the Windows command records AppMaps and no longer reports that tests failed to create them.
