[BUG] I can't open account dropdown menu until transactions data is loaded

### Describe the bug

I can't open account dropdown menu until transactions data is loaded. See the video:

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to a page where Alby is connected and have transactions.
2. Try to open Account menu during transactions loading

### Expected behavior

Be able to open Account menu instantly and not need to wait load transactions.

Start by reproducing the issue on a page with Alby connected and transactions, then try the Account menu while transactions are loading. Inspect the Account menu and transactions-loading entry points; done means the menu opens immediately without waiting for transaction data.
