[Feature] Improve failed connection screen

### Feature description

Currently if you fail to connect to your node, the only option you have is to delete the account and retry from scratch. This is not user-friendly as you need to re-input fields.

A user also reported that the wrong account was deleted. I am not sure if anyone else has had this issue.

Allow the existing account to be edited, or don't create an account until the connection is confirmed

Start by locating the failed connection screen and the account creation and deletion flow in the browser extension, then reproduce a failed node connection. Done means users can edit the existing account or account creation is deferred until the connection is confirmed, without deleting the wrong account.
