Show name and description instead of "uncle jim"

Who is "Uncle Jim"?

The app can be configured with a name and description through the env variable. I think it would be nice to display those on the home page instead of "Uncle Jim" and also use this as a page title and description.

Start at the home-page entry point and trace how the name and description configured through the environment variable are exposed there. Replace the “Uncle Jim” display and use those values for the page title and description. Done when the configured values appear consistently on the home page and in its metadata.
