Description
Megalith and Olympus support balanced channels.
- We need to design how this fits with our current UI
- Test by increasing "client_balance_sat"
- Ensure when a user buys a balanced channel they still get at least 500k sats incoming liquidity and no more than 90% outgoing liquidity (otherwise they should be guided to open a channel with onchain funds)
