Description
A popup/notification that would notify the user when they visit Alby Hub if any app has more permissions than it seems to need, based on past activity. (like iOS/Android periodically ask to reduce permissions, remove photos access, stop notifications etc.)
I think this one would be based on time since last economic activity rather than the last NWC request - for example if you only receive and not send, it might prompt to adjust the permissions to remove the spending permission.
This can help prevent old unused connections becoming a potential attack vector.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating the permission and activity-tracking areas, then clarify how past economic activity determines an excessive permission. Done should include a user notification for stale or unnecessary access, such as spending permission when the connection only receives.
