Some minor changes to the Node page:
- [ ] changes in button icons and states
- [ ] updated dropdowns style
- [ ] default table styling (eg. labels from muted -> foreground)
- [ ] on-chain fees widget moved from Home
- [ ] routing widget moved from Home
- [ ] blockheight widget moved from Home
Completely new:
- [ ] Events table https://github.com/getAlby/hub/issues/848
Optionally:
- [ ] show routing fees only If user already has public channels. If not, then Blockheight can be next to On-chain fees
- [ ] If events table can be paginated, then widgets can be below it
