Description
What if we allow to switching wallets in Vortex?
That would require some new functions/actions (they could be separate actions OR all actions in one function **Manage Wallet** or just under "**Wallet**")
- **Add Wallet** - Add another NWC wallet. We may want to add optional field "Name" here, which would help in wallet switching context?
- **Switch Wallet** - Switch which wallet is active in Vortex
- **Disconnect Wallet** - Delete NWC connections from Vortex
