Convex Playground doesn’t match the thread responses.

On several threads where a tool call is happening, the Convex Playground doesn’t show some parts of the responses, while in the chat I do have those responses.

Also, I encountered the following errors during tool calls on these threads:

Start by reproducing a tool-call thread in the Convex Playground and compare its displayed response with the corresponding chat response.
