Description

We could use https://codeberg.org/MorsMortium/GTK-NoCSD to force GTK applications not to draw client side decorations since WindowManager is drawing sever side decorations for system-wide consistency.

This component should be optional since it would draw in Gtk build time and run time (to be verified) dependencies.

Bonus porints: Use the same trickery to export items from the Hamburger menu into the global menu.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the WindowManager component and the repository's build configuration, then read the linked GTK-NoCSD project to understand its build-time and run-time dependencies. Confirm whether the optional GTK integration can prevent client-side decorations; the global-menu export is listed only as a bonus.
