Windows not maximizable

At least when using the old "traffic light" window buttons, which can be activated by the command:
`defauts write NSGlobalDomain EauTitleBarButtonsStyle orb`.

When pressing the "maximize" button, nothing happens at all, independent of the application running.
I have not tested this with the new flat window buttons but _I guess_, it doesn't have to to with the decorations.

Start by reproducing the failure with the old “traffic light” window buttons after activating them with the command in the issue, then compare the maximize behavior with the new flat buttons. Confirm the application-independent failure and identify the window-management entry point involved. Done means the maximize button successfully maximizes windows for the affected button style.
