Ease the navigation in graph windows ?

Hello,

I'm a new user of Gephi (0.8.1). I created several graphs.
But I found quite difficult to navigate within this graph. Could it be possible to have scroll bars in the graph windows ? The button to center the graph isn't so useful for me.
Another useful feature would be to have a small window showing the overall graph with a light zone on the zone the user is displaying after zooming and the zones not visible have on it a transparent grey zone. I found it very useful in editors like yEd for example.
