Data Creation Menu also on Graph View

When you are on the **Graph view** and want to add a new node or edge, you **have to switch** to data view and **then to come back** again to Graph view to relaunch ForceAtlas2.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I'd like to have the **Data creation menu**, the same as on Data view, but **on** the **Graph view** above **Layout menu**.

Start by comparing the Data view's Data creation menu with the Graph view and its Layout menu entry point. Add the same creation controls above Layout in Graph view, and verify that creating a node or edge works there without switching views or disrupting the graph layout workflow.
