[Attributes] Generic component needs to be more generic to be uses in appearance and filters

We have read and edit generic component for items attributes.
Those have been designed for data table, data edition and data reading in selection panel.

But those could also be used in appearance and filters.
I've used the EditDate in RangeFilter for instance.

But we would need to extend the genericity of actual components to handle min/max/disabled which are necessary in filters.
