More than two dimensions

Not sure if this belongs in issues, maybe more of a discussion / feature request.

Quite a few of the EPSG coordinate systems use more than two dimensions - e.g. if you wanted convert WGS84 lat lon elev to earth-centered-earth-fixed coordinates, that's two sets of three dimensions.

Does this library support more than two dimensions ?

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by determining whether the Rust bindings and underlying PROJ support transformations with more than two dimensions, including the WGS84 latitude/longitude/elevation to earth-centered-earth-fixed example. Done would be a documented support decision or a clearly scoped feature proposal.
