Maintenance/Continuation of `geo-buffer`

Hi there,

thanks for this great collection of crates. I just came across [Issue 1](https://github.com/1011-git/geo-buffer/issues/1) of the `geo-buffer` crate.

Are there any plans to further maintain/develop/fork this crate as it is abandoned by the original author?
