This requires #10 to be done. This is for [10.9](http://docs.opengeospatial.org/is/12-007r2/12-007r2.html#521) in the specification
This should be implemented similarly to `kml:Location` in #7

Read issue #10 first to understand the required prerequisite, then compare the specification's section 10.9 with the existing kml:Location implementation from issue #7. Implement kml:Model consistently with that existing support and verify that the model structure matches the referenced KML specification.
