when using an empty type filter, no results are returned
https://demo.pycsw.org/gisdata/collections/metadata:main/items?type=
this is a different behaviour then an empty q filter, which has no effect
https://demo.pycsw.org/gisdata/collections/metadata:main/items?q=
is this expected?
