Description
Currently, `log.py` parser does not parse out apache lines with WFS3 requests into usable details, such as getting the layer name, as the URL requests are structured differently. Such a feature will benefit reading WFS3 apache lines from https://github.com/geopython/pygeoapi.
New feature to be added into GeoUsage parser.
